Toilets and Lavatories 1. For every thirty (30) children, one (1) toilet and one (1) lavatory is required. 2. Urinals shall count as one-half (½) a toilet. 3. Separate facilities for boys and girls shall be provided. 4. School age programs that are located in schools are exempt from the requirements of hot water at sinks utilized by the children in attendance.
