Smoking, Tobacco Products, and Prohibited Substances 1. Smoking or the use of tobacco products in any form is prohibited within the physical confines or the campus of a child care facility at any time. 2. The use of alcohol, illegal use of prescription drugs, or use of illegal drugs is prohibited within the physical confines or the campus of a child care facility at any time. 3. Smoking or the use of tobacco products in any form, use of alcohol, illegal use of prescription drugs, or use of illegal drugs by a caregiver is prohibited anytime a child is under the care of such caregiver regardless of location. A caregiver is defined as a person who provides direct care, supervision, and guidance to children in a child care facility, regardless of title or occupation. This definition includes volunteers and parents.
