Skills Test Exemption

Skills Test Exemption Applicants who operate vehicles described in Miss. Code Ann. § 63-1-78 shall be exempt from the skills test upon providing proof of a safe driving record and sworn statement from an employer stating that the applicant has two (2) years’ experience operating a vehicle which is equivalent to or exceeds the class vehicle for which they are seeking a license to operate.
