Cleaning of Rest Period Equipment: All rest period equipment shall be wiped clean immediately when soiled. All rest period equipment shall be cleaned twice a week with a germicidal solution. Additional cleaning may be required by the licensing authority if there is an outbreak of a communicable disease, including but not limited to, rotavirus, giardiasis, etc., or a noninfectious condition such as, but not limited to, an infestation of head lice.
