Driver License and Identification Card Format All driver licenses and identification cards issued by the Department of Public Safety shall be of the same format. The name and address and all other personal information appearing on the license or identification card shall be in black print. No license shall denote place of employment, including elected or appointed officials. No license shall denote anyone’s rank or title.
