Change of Address

Change of Address Any change of address must be reported to the law enforcement entity with which registration was made within ten (10) days. The law enforcement entity is then required to submit the new address information to the MDPS within three (3) days of receipt. The MDPS will forward the appropriate registration information to the law enforcement agency having local jurisdiction of the new place of residence.
