Procedure

Procedure In each condition specified above, the documentation submitted to the Registry will be forwarded to the Legal Counsel for review and for a determination that the documentation meets the requirements of the MSOR law and policy. Any additional information or communication that is required between the Registry and the offender will be handled by the Legal Counsel. If any determination or outcome of the review process is required, it will be communicated to the offender in writing by the Legal Counsel.
