Procedure A court order containing the information cited above is necessary for a criminal record to be expunged. The court order must be forwarded to the Criminal Information Center for expunction. Upon receipt of the court order, the Special Processing Unit is responsible for reviewing and analyzing each request in accordance with the established criteria.
