Definitions

Definitions All definitions set forth in Miss. Code Ann. § 41-61-53 shall apply in these Rules and Regulations. When used in these Regulations, the term Medical Examiner Case means any human death required by Miss. Code Ann. § 41-61-59 to be investigated and certified by the Medical Examiner.
