Advanced Training

Advanced Training All individuals who have attended the Basic Death Investigation Training School must, at least once every four years, attend the Advanced Death Investigation Training School provided by the Mississippi Crime Laboratory and State Medical Examiner. This ordinarily will be a one or two day Advanced Refresher Course offered in conjunction with the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers’ Training Academy.
