Payment 1. Payment may be made by check or money order to the Mississippi Department of Public Safety or in accordance with the instructions found on the agency’s website, http://www.dps.ms.gov 2. The Mississippi Department of Public Safety may require payment in advance for all costs before providing copies or access to records. 3. Invoice for payment of copies must be returned with payment for copies or access to records.
