Amendments

Amendments. A. Proposed amendments to these rules and procedures must be submitted in writing to the Board at least thirty (30) calendar days prior to a regularly scheduled meeting. B. All amendments will require a majority of the Board for approval. C. All amendments to rules will comply with Administrative Procedures Act, Section 25-43- 1. 101, et seq. D. All amendments to the Board’s rules and procedures will be available in alternate formats, i.e. Braille/large print and will comply with Administrative Procedures Act, Section 25-43-1. 101, et seq.
