Right of Inspection

Right of Inspection. The District and its agents shall have full authority to inspect all watercraft found in the District's waters to insure compliance with this regulation and to remove such watercraft from the Reservoir if found in violation hereof. If any watercraft is not in compliance with this regulation and a further inspection or inspections are required to determine proper compliance, the owner of the watercraft shall pay the District a fee for each follow-up inspection in the amount set, from time to time, by the Board and included in its official minutes.
