Cost of Animal Shelter

Cost of Animal Shelter. If any dog or other animal is delivered to an animal shelter pursuant to this ordinance, the owner or keeper of such dog or animal shall pay all costs incurred or otherwise charged by the animal shelter prior to release of such dog or animal.
