Assignments of Leasehold or Leasehold Interest in Lot or Parcel. All assignments or other transfers of leasehold agreements, or leasehold interests in lots or parcels in a leasehold estate, shall be in form approved by the District and its attorney, and the District's consent or approval to such assignment or other transfer must be obtained and be noted thereon.
