Operator's License

Operator's License. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate or offer for rental or hire any commercial vessel in, along, upon or around the Reservoir unless the operator of such vessel shall have in his possession and available for examination at all times when the vessel is being operated a current registration to operate a commercial vessel for commercial operation or commercial passenger carry on the Reservoir issued by the Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks.
