Penalty
Cite as 33 Miss. Admin. Code Pt. 204, R. 7.6
Penalty. Each violation of Part 204 Rule 7.5 shall constitute a misdemeanor and
shall be punishable by a fine of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Additionally, any marina
which fails to comply with Part 204 Rule 7.5 of this regulation shall immediately cease to moor
any water-craft equipped with a holding tank until the marina is in compliance with this
regulation.
