Application Fee

Application Fee. An application for a Construction Permit shall be accompanied by payment of an application fee in such amount as may be from time to time prescribed by the Board of Directors of the District. No Use and Occupancy Permit shall be issued unless all inspection fees, including such fees for periodic and final inspection as may be from time to time prescribed by the Board of Directors of the District, shall be paid in full and final inspection approval given by the General Manager or his designee.
