Lands to Which this Regulation Applies. This Regulation shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard (SFHA) areas within the jurisdiction of the Board of Directors of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District, which may be subject to periodic inundation by floodwaters that can adversely affect the public health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District.
