Upon receipt of the DWSIRLF loan offer, the loan recipient must completely execute

Upon receipt of the DWSIRLF loan offer, the loan recipient must completely execute
and return it to the Department within the time frame established in the DWSIRLF loan offer.
The loan offer becomes void if not executed and returned within the time frame specified, unless
extended by the Board Chairman or his designee.
