Method of Operation

Method of Operation. All policy and rulemaking authority of the District is vested
in the Board of Commissioners. The Board of Commissioners delegates the routine operations
and personnel supervision to the District’s Executive Director.
The District conducts is business operations Monday through Friday at its Office located at 384-
B Stoneville Road, Stoneville, Mississippi 38776. The District’s regular business hours are 8:00
A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
