Board of Commissioners Meetings. The District’s Board of Commissioners meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month and begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. in the Board Room of the District’s Office. Board of Commissioner meetings are open to the general public and are conducted pursuant to the Mississippi Open Meetings Act and related laws.
