Requesting an Evidentiary Hearing. The following procedures in this Chapter 8 shall govern formal hearings and requests for reconsideration. Any person, firm or corporation that has been aggrieved by a final decision of the District and its Board of Commissioners may request an evidentiary hearing within fourteen (14) days from the date of the Board action. The District can order and require and evidentiary hearing on any matter within its jurisdiction.
