Decorum

Decorum. The conduct, demeanor and dress of parties, their designated representatives, their witnesses or any other person when present during any hearing or other proceeding before the Board shall reflect respect for the dignity and authority of the Board. The presiding board member may remove or limit the participation of any disruptive person during a hearing or any other meeting of the Board.
