Finding of Facts, Conclusions of Law and Briefs. At any time prior to the issuance of a final order in an administrative appeal covered by this chapter, the Board may request the parties to file proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and/or file briefs on issues raised in the administrative appeal. When such a request is made, the Board will set the date by which such proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and/or briefs are to be filed with the Executive Director in the administrative appeal.
