Voluntarily Titled Vehicles

Boat trailers are not subject to title; however, voluntary applications for title will be accepted. The manufacturer’s certificate of origin (MCO) will be required as a supporting document for new boat trailers. If the MCO is not available, then the title bond procedures will need to be followed to receive a title.
