Public Records

Public Records Proposals, books, records, papers, or other documentary materials, regardless of physical form or characteristics, in use, prepared, possessed or retained by the WCC for use in the conduct of its business are public records under Mississippi law and are subject to disclosure to any person making a request thereof, according to the procedures documented below.
