Scope

Scope. Chapter 2 of these Rules is promulgated pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 25-43-3.104 as amended and sets forth the Board’s procedures for involving the public in the development of rules through public meetings and/or public hearings as required by Mississippi Code Ann. § 25-43-3.104 as amended.
