Purpose

Purpose. The purpose of this investment policy is to regulate and provide guidelines for entities authorized by law to issue bonds, notes or certificates of indebtedness, regarding alternative methods of investment of funds received from the issuance of bonds, notes, or certificates of indebtedness which are not immediately required for disbursement for the purpose for which issued. This regulation does not apply to the investment of general funds of the above named entities.
