Payment of Losses. A. Priority for Multiple Losses. In the event a default or insolvency occurs to more than one qualified public depository, claims of public depositors shall have priority based on the date of the default or insolvency. Claims arising from a default or insolvency occurring earliest in time shall have priority over claims arising subsequently. B. Payment. The Treasurer shall establish the priority of claims arising from multiple defaults or insolvencies and pay public depositors based on the priority established.
