Fee for Change of Contract Purchaser and Contingent Purchaser

Fee for Change of Contract Purchaser and Contingent Purchaser. A twenty five dollar ($25.00) fee will be assessed to change of the MPACT Contract Purchaser and/or Contingent Purchaser in accordance with the provisions of Rule 6.3 herein. In the event of death or disability of the current Purchaser, this fee may be waived.
