Application. For any corporation or trust submitting an MPACT Application, the Application will be considered incomplete, and will not be accepted by the State Treasurer, unless the corporate applicant provides its taxpayer identification number on the Application, and the Application must be complete in all other respects as described in Rules 18.2 through 18.3.
