Identification Cards for Qualified Beneficiaries. A Qualified Beneficiary, whose Contract is in good standing, will be issued an identification card prior to their scheduled matriculation date. An identification card may not be issued to a Beneficiary unless the MPACT Contract and any outstanding Administrative Fees have been paid in full. An identification card shall not be issued unless the Qualified Beneficiary submits a valid social security number. The Postsecondary Institution in which the Qualified Beneficiary has enrolled may request that the Beneficiary present an identification card to verify the student has an MPACT account.
