AUDIT OF LICENSE AGENTS

AUDIT OF LICENSE AGENTS. Public Notice No. 2471 is hereby amended. The Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks shall have the authority to audit license agents and employees of the Department at any time during the fiscal year. Such audit shall be conducted at any reasonable time. In addition to any other legal rights and remedies available at law for the failure of a license agent or employee of the Department to comply with this or any other statute, any license agent or employee of the Department who fails to comply with the license agent's rules and regulations outlined in the manual supplied by the Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, may have his or her privilege to sell licenses terminated by the Department, for such period of time as the Department may deem appropriate.
