SPECIAL HUNTS FOR YOUTH AND INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES A. The Mississippi Department of Wildlife, Fisheries, and Parks, in a partnership with any conservation organization or non-profit organization, may hold an annual deer hunt for disabled youths outside the open season on deer. B. Youths eligible to participate in this special hunt are those 17 years of age and younger.
