Penalties

Penalties. Local Sponsors who fail to meet repayment obligations shall cause all or part of the Local Sponsor's Governing Authority's sales tax allocation and/or homestead exemption reimbursement to be withheld or shall be subject to such other penalties as MDA may prescribe.
