Maximum Loan Amount

Maximum Loan Amount. The maximum amount of an SED loan, when added to all capital expenditures of the Borrower and certain facility users and related persons made in the small community in which the Project is located, cannot exceed $10,000,000, during the period commencing three (3) years prior to the date of the issuance of the Bonds and ending three (3) years thereafter.
