General Loan Terms

General Loan Terms. The maximum amount, which may be loaned from Port Loan
Funds to finance any one project, is $1,000,000. Port Loan Funds may be used for one hundred
percent (100%) project financing. The maximum term will be for up to ten (10) years with an
interest rate of one percent (1%) per annum.
