Purpose

Purpose. The Mississippi Advantage Jobs Incentive Program (“Advantage Jobs”) provides for a cash rebate to qualified employers for a period of up to ten years. This program is designed to assist qualified companies that promise significant development of the economy of the State of Mississippi (State) through the creation of quality jobs.
