Loan Closing

Loan Closing. After a loan closes, CMPDD shall provide evidence to MDA that all collateral and security documents have been filed and perfected, including, but not limited to, adequate hazard insurance, life insurance on the borrower(s) and other insurance such as general liability coverage.
