Prepayments

Prepayments. The Financial Institution shall notify MDA in writing of any prepayments of the Financial Institution's loan. If the Financial Institution's loan is to be paid in full, the MDA portion of the loan must be paid off first. MDA and the Financial Institution shall receive partial payments on a pro-rata basis.
