Remand

Remand. In the event an appealable adverse action is overturned as a result of an appeal the Executive Director of MDA may direct, the disposition to be made by MBED of the application, renewal or termination; or the application may be remanded to MBED for further action consistent with the decision of the Executive Director. MBED will indicate what steps, if any, must be taken to complete or reinstate certification.
