Notice

Notice. The applicant/participant shall be advised in writing of the grounds on which MBED based its action. The notice will be sent by certified mail return receipt requested. The notice of action shall also include a statement indicating that the applicant/participant has the right to request reconsideration or if applicable, to appeal the action under the provisions of Section 2 above.
