Review

Review. Upon receipt of a request for reconsideration, MBED will review the request and any information provided, conduct further inquiry if necessary, including but not limited to an in-person discussion with the applicant/participant, and submit its decision in writing, certified mail return receipt requested, to the applicant/participant within fifteen (15) days. A timely received request for reconsideration tolls the twenty (20) day time period for appeal of an adverse action. Upon receipt of an adverse reconsideration decision, the applicant/participant may submit a petition for appeal if the decision is based on appealable matters pursuant to Section 2 above.
