Qualified Entity Involvement in Approval of MBE Mircro-Loans. The qualified entity's Board of Directors may choose to appoint an in-house loan committee comprised of staff members of the Qualified Entity to approve micro-loan applications. MDA will require a copy of the board minutes authorizing the in-house committee prior to the submission of loan applications.
