Audit. Loans made under the Energy Infrastructure Revolving Loan Program are subject to audit by the Mississippi Office of the State Auditor. Additionally, MDA will also monitor all projects to ensure compliance with the original application submitted. Miss. Code Ann. § 57-40-1 et. seq. (1972, as amended).
