General Loan Terms

General Loan Terms. The terms of the loan will be determined on a case-by-case basis,
but must be reasonable and shall not exceed twenty (20) years. The loan amount allowed will be
determined by the Applicant’s ability to repay the loan within acceptable terms. The loan
amount cannot exceed one hundred percent (100%) of eligible costs as established by MDA.
