DEFINITIONS

DEFINITIONS.
For purposes of these regulations, the following words and terms shall have the meaning
ascribed herein, to wit:
(a)
"Section" or "Sections" unless otherwise noted, shall refer to the Mississippi Code
of 1972, as amended.
(b)
"District" shall mean the Pearl River Basin Development District.
(c)
"Board" shall mean the Board of Directors of the Pearl River Basin Development
District.
