Available Funds/Grant Size. A total of up to $400,000 has been set aside for the
Community Self-Help program. The maximum grant size is $100,000. The maximum amount of
Administrative funds for the Self-Help Category shall be $5,000 including Application
Preparation. Application Preparation fee will be limited to $1,500 per project.
