Audit. Funds provided under the Mississippi Rural Impact Program are subject to audit by the State Department of Audit. Additionally, MDA will also monitor all projects to ensure compliance with the original application submitted. MDA intends to use up to three percent (3%) of the Rural Impact Funds available to hire staff to monitor funded projects and provide technical assistance.
